The steak tartare is really the only thing worth talking about from our Valentine’s brunch at Bistrotheque.
The Eggs Royale were cold and served with a sharp hollandaise. MD enjoyed the pancakes and sausage, but acknowledged that one can’t judge a restaurant on pancakes.
However… the steak tartare was delicious; good quality meat with tangy gherkins and topped with a runny egg yolk, yum! Overall, this airy bright loft with its hanging industrial lights and live piano playing made for a pleasant setting and the steak tartare was enough encouragement to revisit for dinner.
